Maintenance visits are scheduled seasonally during April–May and October–November to prepare your system ahead of peak heating and cooling demand. Plan members receive priority scheduling within these windows.
What happens if I need service outside a maintenance visit?
Plan members receive priority scheduling and no diagnostic charges on covered equipment. Repairs, if needed, are quoted separately and include the plan-member repair discount.
Is this like a Reliance or Aire One plan?
No. Platinum maintenance plans are designed for homeowners who want a direct relationship with the technician servicing their home — not a call center or rotating staff.
Can I cancel the plan?
Yes. Plans can be cancelled at any time. Coverage remains active as long as monthly payments are up to date.
